We have been working with local inner west councils for over 12 years carrying out minor civil work including lentils, footpath repairs, road signage, road islands & landscaping. Our office and team members are all located in the inner west to ensure we have the capacity to carry out the work in a timely and safe manner.

Heritage buildings require specialised skills and the ability to tackle complex issues associated with their development. We have been trusted to upgrade and maintain a number of Heritage listed building sites for local councils in Sydney

BUILDING MAINTENANCE & RECTIFICATION WORK
Major building upgrades or rectification work is an area of expertise for the Andrik team. In most cases this work is more difficult that new construction and we have the ability and experience to tackle these jobs in the most cost efficient way.
