Project Overview

Andrik Construction Group has successfully completed the construction of a new amenities building at Gladstone Park, Balmain, on behalf of Inner West Council.

Designed by leading Sydney practice Benn + Penna Architects, the project replaces a century-old facility with a contemporary, community-focused structure that enhances the park’s role as a key public space.

The new building was brought to life by Andrik’s team, who delivered the architect’s vision with precision and quality craftsmanship. Featuring two interlinked amenities blocks that form a sheltered outdoor area, the facility has been designed to improve safety, promote inclusivity, and provide a lasting civic presence for the local community.
